As head of our Finance and Administration department, Sajid is responsible for internal and external financial reporting, stewardship of the company’s assets, cash flow management, financial forecasting and budgets, audit and compliance, variance analysis, strategic financial planning, cost controlling, financial statements preparation, tax planning & compliances, statutory & legal compliances and engagement with banks and different government agencies. Additionally he guides the management on potential financial issues, risks and opportunities.

He and his team are also responsible for procurement, offices maintenance, all matters relating to employees and record-keeping of client agreements and vendor contracts.

Sajid holds a MBA degree with majors in finance & accounting and has overall more than 20 years’ work experience. His personal interests include gardening, travel, watching documentaries, reading and spending time with his family.
