Sabahat Afsheen is a strategic communications specialist, with over a decade of experience leading high-impact campaigns, policy advocacy, and multi-stakeholder engagement across Pakistan. At APR, she crafts and manages strategic narratives for national and international clients, drawing on her expertise in media relations and development communication. Her career spans institutions such as the Parliament of Pakistan, British Council, European Union, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, PILDAT, AMCAP, and several universities.

She holds a Master’s in Communication Studies with distinction from Punjab University, and has completed advanced studies in Global Journalism, Film Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies and Political Communication, from Oslo Metropolitan University (Norway), the University of Vienna (Austria), and the University of Erfurt (Germany).

Sabahat’s interests include storytelling, screenplay writing, film direction, and youth mentoring through personality assessment and career counseling, which she offers through regular workshops and webinars.
