APR manages media outreach for Habib University’s European Film Festival

Habib University recently organized a European Film Festival weekend, entitled “The Century of Upheaval”, in collaboration with the German Consulate General in Karachi, Goethe-Institut Pakistan and Alliance Française. During the Festival, a selection of European movies on the previous century was screened followed by a panel discussion held on “The Sleepwalkers: How Europe went to war in 1914.”

It was a three day festival that lasted from September 26 to September 28, 2014. Day One of the Festival was hosted at Habib University itself, while Day Two and Three were hosted by the German Consulate, Goethe-Institut and Alliance Francaise respectively.

APR was tasked with organizing media presence and arranging print and electronic media coverage for Day One.
