The CSM has primary responsibility for the client account (s) he or she is entrusted with. This practically means that while the CSM may assign specific tasks to other employees, subordinates or team members, it will remain the CSM’s responsibility to ensure that all such tasks are carried out fully and satisfactorily.
a. Attend to the client and its needs in a manner fully meeting the company’s obligations to the client under the agency agreement and any other subsequent understandings reached between the company and the client and in a manner that meets or exceeds client’s expectations.
b. Conceptualize, present and implement a detailed PR strategy for the client based on client brief and discussions, including cost estimates and timelines.
c. Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery and improve client retention ratio of the company.
Senior Manager Client Services(SM-CS) is responsible for the overall management of at least two key client accounts, in line with our contractual obligations, company policies and evolving needs of the clients, particularly focusing on ensuring all deliverables agreed with the client are achieved within the agreed timelines
a) Attend to the client and its needs in a manner fully meeting the company’s obligations to the client under the agency agreement and any other subsequent understandings reached between the company and the client, and in a manner that meets or exceeds client’s expectations.
b) Conceptualize, present and implement a detailed PR strategy for the client based on client brief and discussions, including cost estimates and timelines.
c) Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery and ensure client retention.
d) Proactively try to generate additional revenues for the company, either through identifying and developing value-added services for the client(s) being handled, and/or through proactively identifying new business opportunities for the company.
e) Play an active role in hiring, training, supervising and appraising a team of client service associates to assist the client servicing team in business functions.
f) Interact with various departments, providing input that is used to create sales proposals, improve services and streamline business operations.
g) Work with senior management as and when required for new business development.
The role of the strategic writer is to develop content for our various clients, for publication in print, online and social media.
The strategic writer will be adept at research, absolutely fluent in English and familiar with style of content required for the different channels of communication stated.
The strategic writer will develop a variety of content, often in tight timelines, working closely with client service managers and senior leadership of the company. Experience of writing press releases, advocacy articles, sustainability write-ups and reports, blog posts, social media content, speeches, statements, talking points and other public relations written content, is highly preferred
