Scope Of Work

• Plan and execute the event management agency bidding and selection process.
• Concept finalization and event management in coordination with event management agency including theme selection, event flow, MC, etc.
• Conceptualize and design all branding elements at the event including all creative design work and other event collateral.
• Complete venue set-up and detailed planning for the different activities as per event flow.
• On-site event management over the 2-3 days, as per finalized event flow schedule.
• Wrap-up at the end of the event on third day.
• Strategic writing as required (including press releases, speeches, media briefing documents etc.
• Develop and execute the newspaper supplement for the event.
• Production of documentary that was played at the event.
• Media management and PR outreach.
